@AmericanAir This is NOT TRUE, delays due to bad planning with no explanation, apology or plan B just there is no crew deal with it, so disappointing and dissatisfied, if this is how you treat loyal flyers and this is you putting them in the center well u are falling very short of ur promise

@AmericanAir flight AA977 is delayed bc your pilots are late because according to the gate agent they needed to sleep due to late delay REALLY!!! I’m missing my connection when I been in the airport since 5 am bc you don’t staff your planes, rudest staff 2

@AmericanAir Iberia lost our bags and both airlines said 2 talk 2 the other that it was not their fault, we lost connecting flights due to delays w/ Iberia & same thing both airlines said to talk 2 the other, they messed up our seats, we had paid for specific seats2 B together & we were scatt
used 2 be a loyal @AmericanAir frequentflyer, have status with them & used their AAvacations but theybooked u with @Iberia_en & is EXTREMELYdisappointing DO NOT BOOK with them-they blame each other & the only only loosing is the customer WHO THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT.AA=frustration
Beware that @AmericanAir does not take responsibility when you book with them but they send you with @Iberia_en, for lost baggage, delays or overbooked flight. SO DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS
@AmericanAir have your standards lower this much? I was so surprised and disappointed to see this in a 1st class bathroom!! This should not be acceptable not even in coach or in a any airline, I expect better from you!

@mayor_margo Would you consider a mandate of closing schools for 2 weeks? Kids & teachers for the major districts are supposed to go back at the end of this week and is NOT SAFE, TEA will honor a city mandate, will u consider at least just a mandate for the schools?? @ElPasoTXGov
