To be considered non-complex, the following criteria must be met.
1) Country of citizenship of principal applicant has a 90% or more approval rate or it is a TRV-exempt country.
2) No dependent children.
3) No admissibility/security/criminality issues identified in the Schedule A Background Declaration form or visible in GCMS.
4) Sponsor is not under investigation for violation of immigration legislation.
5) Mailing address of sponsor/applicant is not identified as "suspected" or "known" in GCMS, meaning that it is a "problem address."
