@CashSupport - as an early btc adopter who touts you guys in the media and in private all the time as the easiest/safest way to jump into bitcoin.. Im disappointed my account got nuked (again!?) almost certainly by a bad algorithm. Can u help here? Frustrating..

@CashSupport Im early BTC adopter (10+ years) and had a great experience with CashApp until my account was closed literally for nothing. I transferred BTC out (or in, I can't remember) and suddenly *poof* account is violating TOS?! Please reconsider. @jack

@dbrand I respect the hustle, but paying for 1-2 day shipping and seeing 1 week later the order is still "processing" - (that to the 2nd order from a customer in 3 weeks!) isn't a hustle. That's BS. How do I cancel? Beuller? Ferris Beuller??

@rohailhyatt That’s right bro - it’s a feature, not a bug. I’m from a family of multi generational forces. Problem is when it’s exploited or worse, abused. End of the day, thinking humans are inside those uniforms.. and they’re capable of self correcting. Hopefully.. 🙏

@VerizonSuport is fios down in the 22031 area? I've tried to speak to someone & as you've heard they just keep putting on hold. I mean is there an outage alert/map system? Ive given Verizon a lot of business. Now I cant get back on an important Zoom. Come ON

@rohailhyatt The power to, constitutionally, yes. But replacing a COAS or even PAF/Naval chief involves legwork/paperwork on recommendations from the Ministry of Defense. So doing it on a whim like in '99 isn't only foolish but would likely get challenged in the courts.

@CashApp A different comment from “are you guys down? Fix the app!!”. Come on, they’re most certainly working on “fixing the app” if there’s an issue. Popular Apps + overloaded servers, things do happen. They’ll fix it. My experience w/@CashApp & @CashSupport = 10/10
