@LogansRoadhouse just had a mediocre lunch for 3 people at Logan's I'm Gallatin, TN. Server was great, but the location is out of Coke, butter, etc. We've been waiting to pay for over 30 minutes and ended up having to send my wife and daughter to the ATM. Last time!!!

@UPS my sympathies to the nice Customer Support person that just called. Picking up the slack for horrible drivers. Crazy that she has to call the driver and put a note on the account to "deliver package to address". REALLY?!?

@UPS - All confidence is gone. Over $1k worth of product left under a tree > 1000 feet from the intended address w/no line of sight. Not the first time this has happened, but it's last. I will no longer order from retailers that ship via UPS.
