@MrTs_NQTs can a HLTA complete ECT induction if they have QTS? I gained mine 2 years ago but haven't completed my first year due to illness in pregnancy and subsequent maternity leave but I'm looking at returning to work as a HLTA. Is it possible?

Someone's told me a tweeter has explained I'm not a prof. I don't make a big deal out of it - eg, I don't demand that every time I'm mentioned I'm called Prof M.R. etc. But I am actually a real one. It's my job. I co-devised and co-teach an MA at Goldsmiths Univ of London.
