It is a shame that those who have to move for a new job due to the pandemic, have to pay ETF for services that are not available at the new location. I used to think @comcastcares cared but clearly they don't. I can no longer recommend @comcast for customer service.

Can I get a count of how many people have been screwed over by @sprint ? My phones have been paid off and they are holding them hostage(keeping them locked) since I left. I have tried to be civil about this but this is ridiculous.

@sprintcare Tried the DM and no solution because of a "process and policies" that your own staff doesn't follow. Just lies and BS about how only a select group of specialists can take care of whatever issue pops up. Which means no help after being on the phone for hours.

1) City offices will now be closed all day today due to the winter storm and treacherous driving conditions.

2) Waste Management has suspended trash pickup in Riverton. We're not sure on a revised schedule yet, but will post here when we know.

@sprint FYI for anyone who cares, when Sprint say you have “Good Service” in ur area they mean 3 bars of 3G. I have had multiple reps verify this. Now I am trapped in a 3G plan paying for 4G LTE service. Thanks @sprintcare
