You’re not wrong but I’ll say this - as someone born & raised in Appalachia (Greensburg, PA) and now living in Houston, TX, I’m not sure they were trying to do anything deliberately.

Definitely possible but a lot of people outside the region are not aware. Even I didn’t take a second look before reposting.
