I have a couple spots left for the speed and longevity workshops with 3X World Long Drive Champion Eddie Fernandes and Dr. Joe Lacaze on September 28th and 29th. This should be an awesome opportunity for any golfers looking to maximize swing speed, efficiency and longevity.

Pelvic rotation test: Start in athletic posture with feet shoulder width apart. Rotate your pelvis while keeping the upper body still. This movement is important for creating separation between the upper and lower body and proper sequencing in a golf/baseball swing ⛳️ ⚾️
Elite hitters that we’ve assessed generally have between 25° - 35° separation of upper and lower body around foot plant.
We assess an athlete’s ability to create separation through our Pelvic Rotation and Torso Rotation tests.
