@Vodacom Topped up with R 110 airtime yesterday morning, a wide network issue. Long story short, airtime still not reflecting but transaction from @FNBSA app was successful. @FNBSA investigated and tried to assist but @Vodacom said it was topped up successful. I Still didn’t get it.
@Vodacom So Vodacom claims that it topped up my R 110 airtime according to my purchase, up until I now, my airtime is not reflecting. @FNBSA tried to assist with this complaint but the response from @Vodacom is disappointing. It is only R110 lost but the 10+ yrs trust is compromised.
@coldplague Entire club needs to be relooked at. Leadership, transfers, etc.. it looks like a soulless body running around for 90 minutes week in week out
