Another one- HB1001/SB 670 expands the authority to maintain the integrity of the polling place location & prevents interfering with the work of an election judge. It also clarifies who can appoint a challenger and codifies the challenger's right to be at early voting centers.

⚖️Some important election bills took effect today. SB 141 helps combat the spread of mis/disinformation and deep fakes on voting rights, methods and results. SB 29 requires ballot questions be written in plain and clear language.

🚨2day a local board may commence canvassing. Open to the public for observation. Conducted under the direction of a bipartisan Board of Canvassers. Only in-person received mail-in ballots, replacement mail-in ballots & Print at Home ballots will be canvassed.
