@CommBank at the post office today to make a payment, tried to log on to my commbank app to check money in my account. Wasn't allowed to log in and then was locked out of my online banking
This is not the first time this has happened. Fix your useless systems

@CommBank unsuccessfully sat on hold for 45 minutes waiting for an answer as to why I can't login to my netbank app to access my own money. Phone recording says it doesn't recognize my app PIN. I have never changed it, so something on your end has gone wrong. Fix it immediately
