This will be just the 2nd time a team coming off a game 7 will be favored against a team coming off a sweep. The other 16 times times it's happened the team coming off the sweep was favored.

The only other instance was Game 1 of the 2012 NBA Finals, also involving the Spurs, coming off a sweep of the Grizzlies. The Heat needed 7 games to beat the Pacers. Miami was favored by 5 at home in Game 1. San Antonio won 92-88.
