Gov. Walz:
"Probably sometime this week ... we will be making a call around schools."
We're thinking what "long-term distance learning looks like."
"inequities are being exacerbated."
"will have decadeslong impact on our children w/ this interruption if we don't get this right."
So proud of our @girlssoccer_FHS player Mallory Johnson! Such a great player, great competitor, and such a great person! Congratulations! @StKatesSoccer is getting a great player! Go Tigers!

Q4: How do you hope to change assessment practices going forward? How will you know if your shifts in assessment practices are having an impact?
#Necessaryconditions#MCTMbook
I hope to instill
1. The love for math
2. To take on a challenging problem and persist through it
3. To develop different strategies and be able to determine which strategy to use to solve the problem.
4. To work collaboratively
5. To communicate their thinking
Q3: What are, say, four to six habits of mathematicians you wish to instill in your students this year? (Consider meaningful outcomes as described starting on page 189.)

Because we are tied to a system that uses rubric grading I am tied to that.
I personally give written feedback more than I use grades. I believe that my feedback should make students take action.
