Hi Octopus Energy. Can I please ask why I have to contact your team to receive my payment for electricity exported back to the grid ? This is the third month running. Was told last month that all would be ok but nothing showing on bill this month. Thank you

I made the mistake of believing your website and unfortunately signed up to your gold service to have flowers delivered free for future orders during the year as I have a few orders planned.

That is a huge mistake in my part as I will not be using your company again.

Can I please ask why the flowers I ordered were not the ones actually delivered for a friends birthday ?

@InterfloraUK You say the photo is not an accurate representation of the flowers delivered. The photo was taken by the florist company so I apologise that it is not an accurate representation of the bouquet delivered by florist company

You say that I will be moved to Octopus Go if I do not complete the actions you need within 7 days. Can I check what the issue is with Mini Cars and whether this will be resolved within 7 days or that it will mean that I will have to go to the Go tariff

I have just signed up to the Octopus Intelligent Tarriff which I checked online on your website was compatible with my EV Mini Countryman E with no EV charger(Using 3Pin plug ) and spoke to two members of your team

However  have tried to connect my car and now app saying not compatible. I now notice there is an issue with Mini Cars so cannot connect at this time.

You have asked me to complete some actions within 7 days but this is conflicting with the things I have mentioned above.
