2) Without a market structure that truly replicates bank-to-bank + bank-to-buyside + buyside-to-retail, RWAs will continue to sputter and stop out.

3) Without a real (truly real) way to share health records and truly preserve privacy, health costs will continue to go up and up and care will continue to go down and down. The existing system is simply put on a road to ruin.
