@Sack_Vegas Regardless of your favorites can we all agree that onion rings are not a burger topping but a side. The texture is always off and it’s a lazy attempt to make a bigger burger. Now if the eater adds a ring to their burger independently, fair game, but restaurants need to stop.
@Sack_Vegas Breaded has more points of failure (breading burns at lower temps, and falls apart easier), so I have had less “good” breaded onion rings. Battered is harder to screw up. As I kid I would try and get the onion out of the battered ring and be left with a crunchy tube, good times!
