@RogersHelps I’ve been without home phone, TV, or internet service for over 17hrs. Customer service isn’t available through phone support. This length of downtime is unacceptable without proactive contact or an easy way to connect to support. Forcing people online while home internet is down
@enbridgegas Been trying to apply for the $100 Nest rebate for a few days and it keeps returning an error that reads"Oops an unknown error has occurred." What gives?
