hehe i dont want to post too many sneak peeks but i put a looooooooooooooot(a lot) of work into this 360 sequence i just had to share it, its so tuff(i think

Making the body smooth was the most important part. I used constraints to make sure the head, chest, and hips moved nicely in world space.
once i had that, i just made the legs work with the body and animated the tail and ears to match :)
ref was super important
Tried rigging a model myself for the first time and animating something out of it... I can’t believe it actually works 😆

Its been a few years since I did any keyframe creature animation, so my most recent personal project has been exactly that :)
I referenced Daniel Fotheringham’s quadruped blog quite a but to learn his workflow, it was a lot of fun!
