@SouthwestAir Srsly, the pilot said a computer needed resetting then said it was fixed, then we sat another 50 minutes. You fly bullshit planes. And fix your website, it won't allow me to even file a complaint.
@SouthwestAir Thnx for not holding the plane 10 minutes for our connecting flight. I booked a 6am flight to get home and prepare a presentation but now I have to sit in the Baltimore airport the whole day. Those 737 Max8's you bought are garbage, I would have preferred a refund
