@power_ray Maturation before 12 years of age is a massive advantage in the longevity of staying in the academy process. Physical athletes is the go to DNA for many clubs unfortunately 👎🏻

I think this photo is pretty accurate, the joy in pointing Uniteds failures out over the past 15 years as made a few of these players box office viewing on a sunday. Now we have a new Utd group leading the team, these will be more critical than ever when it doesn't go to plan.
