@SkyUK My storm-damaged home (on Sky News) has a likely compromised fibre line under a pavement due to be reinstated. Openreach can’t act without Sky, but Sky refuse to act until I move back in. This will force costly re-excavation. Who can fix this?

@charlesandivy Ok so I called again after no response, spoke to Rosie who was very helpful. Most of my questions are answered & I will have to improvise for rest. However if you had more Rosie’s on the phone /chat/ e-mail your service would materially improve. Anyways - leaving it there 🙃
@charlesandivy pls help. I waited in chat yesterday for ~4hrs then ‘connection lost’. Finally got through on phone; no follow up as promised. Builder on site today & need some instructions. Had to write yesterday off. Costing me ££s now as cannot complete installation :(

@RadissonRewards@RadissonHotels I use your hotels all the time. I have one issue that keeps reoccurring. I always get promised my invoice will be e-mailed. It arrives sometimes. When it doesn’t I spend ages on the phone either not being answered or answered and hung up on 🤯
