Seven days since I ordered an air conditioner from @VijaySales and it still hasn’t been installed. Constant back and forth and calls but no results. Seriously zero consideration for customers. The lack of customer focus amazes me. After paying in advance!
God help you if @amazonIN doesn't deliver your package and it reflects as delivered in your account. No luck trying to get redressal, focused on reducing unit costs per customer complaint. Cause enough obstruction and the customer tires. Customer obsession is a myth.
Employee at @SubwayIndia at Terminal 2 in Mumbai sullen, unhelpful & unapologetic. You'd think brands would care more but increasingly we see an apathy towards service in this supposedly service oriented economy. Customer touchpoints are important beyond short-tern monetary value
