It’s fun to watch, in the wake of Bird and Lime’s exit, a few of the Raleigh City Councilors whom were dead serious about scooters as a public menace now celebrate that they received 5 RFP responses. Proves that their issue all along was about ego and control, not public safety.

@algnc @dtraleigh Disturbances from adjacent neighbors vary greatly by building. Most condo buildings in downtown Raleigh are well insulated, and surprisingly quiet compared to stick built apartment buildings.
