Today is a Black Sunday for our entire Bank family. While the administration was busy issuing dictatorial orders to force branches open on a Sunday to break our strike, we paid the ultimate price.
​We lost two beloved colleagues, Shri Venkata Prasad (Branch Manager, Ranipet EAB Branch) and Mrs. Neha Gupta (Sr Manager, RO Vashi), in a tragic road accident on their way to the office today. They died simply because they were following a heartless mandate, commuting to work on what should have been their day of rest.
​@nsitharaman @FinMinIndia @DFS_India, is this the cost of your "uninterrupted service"? Are bankers just collateral damage in your attempts to crush our democratic rights? They had families who are now shattered because a sudden, draconian order forced them onto the roads this morning.
​We are not machines, and we are not your bonded laborers. The administrative arrogance that treats human lives as disposable cogs must answer for this tragedy. How many more sacrifices before the ministry realizes that we are humans who bleed too?
​Rest in peace, Venkata sir and Neha ma'am. We will not let your loss be forgotten.

One man. One brother. Two completely different decisions.

The first decision — at the dice board. Yudhishthira staked Nakul first. Perhaps because he was the "step-brother," the "weakest," not quite "his own."
The second decision — by a lake during the exile. The Yaksha had struck down all four brothers. He said — "You can bring one back to life."

Yudhishthira chose Nakul again.
But this time, not to stake him — to save him.

The Yaksha asked — "Why not Arjuna? Why not Bheem?"

Yudhishthira replied — "One son of my mother Kunti is alive — me. One son of my other mother Madri should also remain alive."

The same Nakul. Earlier — the first to be sacrificed. Later — the first to be saved.

In between, there was only one thing — the exile.

Twelve years of penance. Wandering through forests. Trading royal robes for bark garments. Sleeping on the ground.
Coal remains coal — until it is put through fire. Only through that heat does it become a diamond.
Yudhishthira did not become "Dharmaraj" in the palace of Indraprastha. He became one in the forest.

And you too will not build the greatest version of your life sitting in some comfortable chair.

You will build it — in the very phase of life you are cursing today.

Don't be afraid of hardships. This is the furnace in which coal becomes diamond.
