@kroger This is not an individual issue -- this is something you're doing in multiple stores. I got a refund on the produce with the rotten apple included in the package. I don't need you to look into anything on my behalf; just please stop this silly packaging practice.
@kroger Why are you packaging bulk fruit? I want to pick my own so I can QC, not pay more for unnecessary packaging of undesirable fruit (the apple pack I got yesterday had one rotten one). You're losing sales (instead of buying 5 apples, I have to buy 4). Will shop elsewhere.
