Gojiberry AI LinkedIn account got banned together with founder's account
Last few months both LinkedIn and Reddit have been fighting automation hardcore, LinkedIn has already banned many tools
I believe all social medias will fight AI and automation stuff hardcore
So if you are building a marketing automation tool I would think twice
We are already testing crossposting integrations at @supabird_io for all other socials so my goal is to follow rules of platforms without exceptions
Better to go slow and steady but stay safe
These marketing tactics are a race to the bottom.
Overnight the algorithm will catch up and recognise the grift and penalise these tactics.
No one wants to advertise on platforms full of automated telesales.
the best marketing is indistinguishable from propaganda
we don't run ugc campaigns, we run propaganda campaigns
when we first started doublespeed, governments were the first to reach out
it started with local city races and then whole countries
even today, i get at least 10 emails/calls about this monthly (no, we don't take them)
most governments operate their own phone farms to seed sentiment
it's nothing new, this has been going on forever
no reason why we shouldn't play on the same field when it comes to ecom, consumer apps, entertainment, etc.
that's kinda why we started this
wouldn't want them to have all the fun
:)
This is brutal stuff for the USA. Brutal chant and even though I’ve only been a soccer guy for 7 minutes I know this is a poor knockoff from the Netherlands
We’re excited to introduce Taste Labs.
Our mission is to end AI slop. We’re building the data and infrastructure layer to give AI models and agents taste.
And today we’re coming out of stealth, announcing our $18.5M seed funding, co-led by @CRV and @AmplifyPartners
AI has nailed objective domains and made it easy to generate anything. But it still feels off. Now, the challenge is judgement. What fits, what feels like you, what’s GREAT. This requires turning a fuzzy, subjective domain into something we can measure and codify. We’re starting with design.
There are two sides to cracking this, the foundation model layer and the agent layer:
- We’ve already been working with the top frontier labs to evaluate and improve their models, crafting the right post-training data and RL environments.
- We’ve also been working with app-layer companies to build the context and verification tools for their agents to produce better, more on-brand, more creative outputs.
We want a future where AI feels right.
If you’re passionate about this mission, join us!
Bullish on any alternatives to professional sports, which have become completely devoid of characters and personalities, in the interest of peak performance and commercialisation.
Massive opportunities here
@imraan@pmarca Feels like early trajectory. 7-aside/ballers league, darts, boxing feel the closest but so much opportunity to go further. Rise in amateur spots due to pro leagues becoming void of personalities definitely feels like a big contributing factor here.
Nike with Gyakusou, ACG, SB were building an ecosystem that would’ve thrived in today’s algorithms. Which prioritise neat, hyper-relevant brands that mean 1 thing to 1 sort of person, rather that 100 things to millions of people.
Nike is apparently bringing Gyakusou back this year. Designed by Jun Takahashi of Undercover, I think Gyakusou was the greatest running apparel line. Real design with innovative fabrics and interesting panelling/ pattern drafting. Sneak peek is in slide four (other pics are old)
