As a child struggling with my Nan’s death, I wrote to PM Bob Hawke, to help my young mind understand why we die. His letter back to me is my most treasured childhood memory! #RIPBobHawke#votesoutforBOB
Check out what we've recently added to next-gen projects in Jira Software Cloud; Epic colors, roadmap images, real-time boards, performance improvements and more! #newinjira@jira https://t.co/vdQ7Gw9hMP
@numbsafari@Jira Here's an article that dives into more details on the difference between next-gen and classic projects https://t.co/MV80n2PVX3 The roadmap you linked then explains what we're prioritising to add to the next next-gen projects.
@numbsafari@Jira I see the confusion, my apologies. Sub-tasks are coming soon to next-gen projects, which is the whole new project experience we have added. You can still create Classic projects, which are the previous generation Jira projects, and those still have sub-tasks.
@bankair@Jira In the meantime, there is a workaround (with limitations - particularly with the column statuses). 1. Create & save a filter that pulls all issues from your next-gen project, 2. Create a board based on the filter, 3. Go to Reports -> Control Chart.
@numbsafari@Jira We've got sub-tasks still there for you in Jira, nothing has been taken away. A lot of people asked us to make Jira easier to setup & use, so we released next-gen projects in parallel but have yet to add back in sub-tasks to these kind of projects.
CIO: What bug tracking system should the agile teams use?
McKinsey: Jira is the best practice. It has a 26% advantage over its nearest competitor and is used by 72% of comparable companies.
Agile coach: Why do you have so many bugs that you need a bug tracking system?

@NicFerna@NicFerna it will be more than a few weeks, but not that far off. Can’t give you an exact time, but I can tell you that the team is building it right now.
