As I was told my car would be delivered by November I sold my previous car and now I don't have any means of transport in difficult times like COVID-19, The company isn't responding and is giving vague answers , Please help @Consumer2Court

@Consumer2Court I had booked a Hyundai Creta with @IndexHyundai in September end, I was told my car would be delivered by November, now the dealer is saying he'll give the car by January 2021, I have been paying my EMI for the car since the last 3 months, please help.

@HyundaiIndia, @IndexHyundai I have my car booked since the past 3 months, I was told by my dealer I will get My Hyundai Creta Sx auto by November, It has been mid-December and I have NO IDEA where my car is, now they are saying that I will get my Car by Feb start 2021.

Is this the kind of customer service I can expect from a car company as prestigious as you? I have been a previous customer of hyundai but I don't think I will be a future customer if your customer service has gone down the drain, who is answerable to ME?
