@flipkartsupport I have paid extra for Flipkart Complete Protection Plan.Hence the technician should visit at home. Flipkart should take ownership since it is a tie-up with Jeeves. If Jeeves cannot arrange, provide alternate options like Refund, which are part of the terms.
