You guys badly need to think up for a solution for the signal at chunabhatti on the EEE . Like who in the world puts up a signal on an express Highway.
I saw the ambulance in the photo lose a life due to this.

My friend has booked a car today from Delhi.
The car broke down in the middle of the highway.
Support team says to take it to the garage and repair it - they can t do anything

Bag broken on arrival- ground staff ( Ig Ms Himani ) offered to give 1500/- coupon as settlement within 24 hours in exchange I don't file a PIR.
No voucher recieved - trust and bag both broken.

Despite sending all required details on DM - There has been no response.
A signed and stamped reciept from Indigo holds no value now.
Customers are to beware on trusting any Indigo Ground staff about any commitments.
@myBESTBus it has become frequent that your driver's skip stopping at the stops even though buses are literally empty.
When asked to open the door he tells to go to the next stop.
Why such arrogance by the driver and the conductor.
