I’m posting this after a month and still getting the same response from the OFM team. I’ve contacted your support 5-6 days in a row, but all I hear is that you can’t issue a refund because you claim I didn’t send the original item.

They told me to wait 3-4 days and said they were starting an investigation (whatever that means). I followed up with the team again, and they told me, rather frustratingly, that since I didn’t return the original item, they couldn’t issue a refund.
