@MayorBowser I was assaulted in public while in Columbia Heights on Friday 4/29. @DCPoliceDept has done absolutely nothing. The report number was generated but Ofc. Perry Morgan hasn’t completed it. He also didn’t arrest the perpetrator because “the radios were busy.” Justice?

FINALLY, to add insult to injury. Officer Perry Morgan of @DCPoliceDept (3rd)after releasing the perpetrator and prior to reluctantly assisting me to my car (I expressed how afraid I was) said “I was being nice, I could have told you to call 911 but I believe in customer service”
