Three tricks in one case, aka a hat-trick 🙂
1. Papilloma with cytology that really makes you pause and the most mitoses I have ever seen in a florid hyperplasia
2. Sclerosis with entrapped glands mimicking invasion
3. Benign transport of epithelium into a biopsy tract mimicking invasion
Life rarely gets more interesting than this 🙂
