A new important step in the engineering of our harness towards recursive self improvement.

Skills are highly curated capabilities (tools + knowledge + instructions + code) reusable across agents. They are the brain of your company and keeping that brain up to date requires a lot of investment as instructions rot, knowledge drifts, ...

Self-improving skills analyse all the interactions of agents leveraging them to extract from human feedback edit suggestions. These updates are batched together and submitted to the skill owner for approval.

The system uncovers drift in processes and instructions/documentation or existing edge-cases and automatically adapts the skills as a result, improving locally the company brain by doing so.

Your team or company is a living organism. We're super excited to create software that adapts to it. Some call it cellular software. Other self-improvement... For the first time since the IBM 5150 we might finally have a chance to have ground-truth artefacts in the enterprise that survive the challenge of time.
