affirm:
i know myself. i am committed to learning myself more deeply. i hold myself accountable. my knowledge of self protects me from the negative projections of others.
stop taking your phone to the bathroom. stop using your phone when you eat. stop taking out your phone when you have a minute or two of downtime. allow yourself to be bored for a little. allow yourself to sit in nothingness.
I don’t know who needs to hear this rn but do the work. The work can be prayer, meditation, stretching, movement, food shopping, setting boundaries, respecting your time, whatever. Just show up and do the work.
one day this girl asked me a question about angel numbers. she said “i always see this number but then something bad happens every time. i don’t understand why that is.”
and the reason it’s like that is because most of these angel numbers don’t mean what they mean
I think we need to be aware and respectful of everyone's pandemic boundaries. Everyone is at different stages and comfort levels. I think "is it ok if I sit next to you?" "Can I take off my mask?" "Are you comfortable with hugs?" Etc needs to be normalized as we move through.
one thing i’ve learned on my journey is the more you suppress, the worse things get. and that goes for damn near everything. suppressing, rejecting, pretending it doesn’t exist, keeping secret.. the energy simply builds.
