Has any company in the history of the world actually changed its culture (other than for the worse)?
I'm talking *actual* change, not executives declaring victory.
Does anyone know the history of technical interviews? Did we have a previous system then someone said “Geez I keep hiring awful engineers. We need to make these interviews way harder” or was it more of someone getting a kick out of making people jump through hoops?
