I've always wondered about Taehyung's strategy on completing this task perfectly. Did you notice? He only kept his eyes on the plate on the right while climbing the steps. He didn't look back and forth between two plates.

Turns out it's the perfect game plan. By locking his gaze on one side, he gave himself a steady visual anchor. That single-point focus meant his brain wasn’t busy juggling two moving targets, which often leads to overcorrection. Instead, his body relied on its natural sense of balance (proprioception) to keep the other plate steady without needing to watch it. If he had shifted his eyes back and forth, he would have introduced tiny, unnecessary adjustments that could have made the bar wobble.

A perfect demonstration of how single-point focus can outperform alternating gaze when it comes to balance. Oh, he's brilliant! 🤩
