@CamGuthrie We make decent money and can't afford a house in Guelph at these prices. We love it here and want to stay. Our kids love it here but sadly are looking at options to move out of Guelph as we can't afford a house here and still live and get out of our appartment as we need space.

Last time when we were in phase three and T.O. was still in phase two they came here for services putting us at risk.
