@Nati_Sports Rally get fired before end of season? Seems generic. So lets see, maybe another cycle would be interesting? Or have some fun and let one guy play every position?
@RedsInFour Hector can stay. Hunter im iffy on due to injuries. Id argue keeping Ty Steve around a little longer too. Everyone else should be on the block for Winter. Prospects side, Duno is a keep as well as LeBron and Steele, but try and bolster the farm.
@bryce_spalding I was kinda hoping we'd trade him to the Yankees for some guys at the deadline. He could've made a playoff push with them and then we resign him in the off-season
@RedsDaily4 Imagine if they didnt do announcements like they do now. Like you gotta wait til the next game and see them take the field or in the dugout
@JayRBP If we must trade Ty Steve can we pivot and use him and Singer and try to sneakily get Nick Martinez back and extend him? Maybe grab a prospect too or find another OF option?
@Nati_Sports He's got the stuff, wasnt he a contender for Cy Young just a couple years ago? Wouldn't be the worst guy to snag, at least have in AAA just incase
@megortwein They probably have each other on speed dial. Mariners probably watch closely to the Reds start of the season and be like "hey hey, we got em now. Pick one of their guys"
@bryce_spalding I tend to be that way too. Like the stats might not show full potential or how they play. Like Ty Steve's stats may not show how good he's been lately
@BaseballWRLD_ Now i aint gonna go too deep, but you do realize Sal also plays 3rd? And occasionally 2nd? He has 481 innings at 1st, 293 at 3rd and 38 at 2nd. So you cant just say average defense at 1st considering he moves around
