Halsey celebrates the 5th anniversary of her poetry book, "I Would Leave Me If I Could" with an Instagram post:
"Happy 5th birthday to my first New York Times Bestseller. Thank you to everyone who brought this little baby home.
“I Would Leave Me If I Could” reminds me of BADLANDS, in a way. It’s a naive and raw assemblage of poetry from my adolescence to my early adulthood. I’ve always said that I had my whole life to write my first album, and no time at all to write the second. The same feels true for books, I think. Maybe it’s time to get the next one cooking..."
When you get it, you get it. Deeply weird. always changing. hope I delivered the show I promised. More tricks to come. More moments. I’ve never felt so alive. TYSM BAY AREA FOR NIGHT ONE!!!!! You were the experiment and you SHOWED UP + SOLD IT OUT! Feels like home to me 🪄🐇
