@matt_ecton96 You just gave me lots of books to look into. Of your stacks I have only read Preaching & Preachers by Martyn Lloyd-Jones and 9Marks. Both of which were way after.
What’s the lowest tip you’ve given for bad service? Even if the service was awful I will still tip at least 10%. I don’t know why, but I just can’t bring myself to tip lower. I tend to chalk it up to them having a hard day.

@lukedsimmons Unless there have been some major changes in leadership and vision over the course of that year, I would appeal to them as to why they wanted to become part of the church to begin with, and then remind them of the church’s vision. I would encourage investing over leaving.
So what’s your rule on when to start and stop listening to Christmas music? Or, are you one of those year round listeners?
