What’s the lowest tip you’ve given for bad service? Even if the service was awful I will still tip at least 10%. I don’t know why, but I just can’t bring myself to tip lower. I tend to chalk it up to them having a hard day.

@lukedsimmons Unless there have been some major changes in leadership and vision over the course of that year, I would appeal to them as to why they wanted to become part of the church to begin with, and then remind them of the church’s vision. I would encourage investing over leaving.

There’s a reason why there are thousands of new versions of old hymns. If you want your songs to matter hundreds of years from now, stop writing to be relevant, and draw your songwriting from the well of Scripture.
