@FohenUK I’ve tried numerous to get a resolution with you around my hot water tap. Emailed 3 times over 2 weeks and spoken to you call centre 3 times who said they would pass on my issue to you, but so far nothing! The boiler leaks, and the pressure from the tap is terrible.

@SP_EnergyPeople You promised a call back yesterday to resolve my issue of constantly being threatened with bailiffs even though you’re NOT our gas supplier, but again you’ve disappointed us. Literally no way to resolve apart from when the bailiffs turn up!

@SP_EnergyPeople Just received ANOTHER bailiff threatening bill from Scottish power for an account we don’t have! This will make 8 so far this year. Every channel attempted to resolve it, but getting nowhere! Useless!
