@donutgod785@RudeandRude@LouStagner And this is exactly why most handicaps aren’t true. I’m not giving you any grief bc people do it both directions both up and down depending on how they want their handicap to play put in your absolutely true score and let the system adjust for anyone who wants a dead true HC.
@RudeandRude@LouStagner Hahaha… and you believed he was a LEGIT 18?!?! Statistically impossible (based on how the HC system works) unless he truly had an out of body experience - or the course was the easiest he’s ever played.
@PatienceDestin6@Simon_Ingari More valuable to keep someone than expend resources to hire, train & hope the next person is any good. 3 orgs in 25 years and they all have had great benefits, extra perks, mental health programs, DEI offerings, etc. But all bc happy workers = better productivity.
@PatienceDestin6@Simon_Ingari HR’s primary objective is to protect the company. If they can support the employees along the way that is a plus (because it helps the org to have happy, healthy, satisfied employees).
@rossmacleodputt Terrible take. Unless you are truly trying to be FULLY legit (which I have never see outside of comparison) move it, hit your shot and keep moving. The difference it will make (0.5 strokes) means nothing when you are happy with a 84
@AmericanAir Communication is Key. I’m a frequent traveler but the last 48+ hrs have been an example of terrible comms. Stuck in Orlando for 2+ days (with a 2 year old) isn’t actually all that bad EXCEPT when you are told nothing and have to spend most of the time at MCO (to DFW)
@GolfMonthly I am a 14-16 HC who plays probably 20-25 rounds a year since age 20 (now 48) and I have none. They way I hit it (well) and wild inconsistency I except my firstborn to be on a short Par 4. Ha
