I treat cancer every single day. 🥼
People often ask for "secret tips" to stay healthy. The truth is, it's not about what you add (supplements), it's about what you remove.

Here are 5 things I will NEVER do, based on science:

1️⃣ Drink alcohol daily.
Alcohol is a Group 1 carcinogen. It breaks down into acetaldehyde, which damages your DNA. It’s not "heart healthy"- it’s a toxin.

2️⃣ Skip SPF on a cloudy day.
UV rays don't care about clouds. Melanoma is aggressive, but it is also highly preventable. ☁️

3️⃣ Ignore a symptom for >2 weeks.
"It's probably nothing" is the most dangerous sentence in medicine. If it’s new and persistent, I get it checked. ⏱️

4️⃣ Eat processed meat.
Bacon and sausages are classified in the same risk category as tobacco. I treat them as a "once a year" item, not a breakfast staple. 🥓

5️⃣ Sit for 4 hours straight.
Sedentary lifestyle drives inflammation. I move. I walk. I stand. 🪑
Your health is an investment. Stop making withdrawals.
