Just one sample from one person...
Just measured my O2 after two equal sets of exercise.
After set 1 (mask on) - 88% O2 & 112 HR
After set 2 (no mask) - 97% O2 & 101 HR
Both sets had equal load & reps. Did the mask on first to avoid people saying I was already tired.
