@AmericanAir give me a good reason to keep flying with you. I have status with both Delta and AA and often chose a less convenient route to fly AA. After waiting over an hour and 30 for my bag and lots of delayed flights I'm thinking of going Delta from now.

@TMobileHelp I found out that my nmbr was mistakenly blocked by T-Mobile for spam. After time at the store and two long calls with support it's still not resolved. At least send a text message to me saying that I was being blocked. I wouldn't have reset my entire phone and wasted time.

@TMobileHelp I have been unable to send SMS and MMS for 5 days. This happened after a trip out of town. I've confirmed that it's not the phone by having sales rep issue new SIM and test SIM from another phone at store. No solutions from tech sup or netwk eng.

@Enterprise you gave me a car with no spare tire. My family and I got a flat on a remote rural road at 1am and your roadside service was incapable of finding safe transportation home. We had to call and beg cab companies to drive an hour. I paid $300 to get home. Never again.

@CommercialGary No. I just learned that the Subway and The Narrows are two different slot canyons. I thought you get to the subway through the narrows but I later learned I was wrong. I was about 500 to 1000 yards into the narrows from the river walk when I saw the monster wave barrel towards me

@CommercialGary I'm very glad to read this. I was in the entrance of the canyon when the monster of a wave suddenly showed up, chewing up everything in its path. It was loaded with full size logs, debris, and mud. I had just enough time to fortunately jump onto a very small embankment.

@ScottFeinberg @AmericanAir Was told today by cust.srv that my 11am cancelation and "accommodation" to an 11pm flight was due to @AmericanAir just now implementing the vaccine requirement... so they're blaming the failure on the selfishness of their employees. Took a $350 rental car and drove home 6 hours.

@AmericanAir are we still learning how to maintain planes? Last 3 times traveling in 60 days - mechanical delays each time. People should be concerned about your safety. I'm just 3 flights away from loyalty status and have decided to switch back to @Delta. Experiment failed.
