Everyone called to the gate 2 hours !!! before flight leaves. Hardly any staff around to answer questions.

Very, very poor for one of the worlds ‘claimed’ best airlines.

@bergytheiceman @MartinSLewis You are sadly. I’ve been with Virgin and their predessor companies (NTL AND for those really old school - Metro Cable) on my own or ova parents for nearly 40 years. Routers programmed in restrictive ways + very difficult on calls and slow and expensive + more commonplace.

@MoneySavingExp It hasn’t changed. My last renewal took 6 hours of negotiations, via WhatsApp, Live Chat and phone calls over 3 days. It was very clear what they were doing but they had a monopoly in my town. Not any more, so finally been able to move. Shambles of a company.

2351 - cancelled for unknown reason

@GNRailUK Thanks for the honest update; it’s appreciated. I remember many, many years ago when a Eurostar Train ripped the cabling out because they left up an additional item that connects to the cables!

Is there an ongoing fault with the Pantographs ?

@GNRailUK I’m not travelling from anywhere. Emma raising the question about why has been constant overhead Line damage for the last month in the North Hartfordshire and Cambridgeshire region.

It’s happened multiple times and it’s causing chaos.

Is it cable theft?
