Who flat out refused to even try to help. This is after calling platinum reservations, and speaking to the ticket counter who all said the gate agent should be able to help you. But whoever you have working this flight this morning is not capable of doing his job

@AmericanAir I was always told you had a family assistance seating plan that wouldn’t allow for a mother and daughter to be separated on a plane. I guess those rules don’t apply on this morning’s 645 flight out of Santa Ana to DFW. Very disappointed at a gate agent….

@AmericanAir It gets better (worse) as the second meal comes around once again there is no option as the only reasonable option was also gone. This is ridiculous. Prem economy has 24 seats and none of the back 8 seats had options on this flight. 10 hour and no decent food or a second meal.

@AmericanAir,wish you did better. Not 1st class but prem econ on a 10hr int flight and this is the second time on my trip this week that we weren’t given a choice for a meal due to shortages. Not exactly appetizing! Living in Dallas you are my best option but may reconsider

@AmericanAir I would love it if someone with knowledge as to how I can ensure that an international flight that I have upcoming this Tuesday will accommodate my wife's food allergies. Why book a first class flight if we can't have anyone help me.

Flight SNA to Dfw diverted to AUS. Not a big deal except we landed in Austin at 2:40. it’s 7:21 and we are still on the plane. No food, no beverage service. Flight was finally cancelled over an hour ago but here we sit on the tarmac. a joke!! Will it ever end? @AmericanAir
