@SoFi @SoFiSupport You really have a problem with your SoFi travel product (white labeled through @Expedia). After nearly a year of trying to find a suitable resolution, I’ve been told that refunds greater than 10% cannot be applied unless you make a claim before arriving??

@FTC What about false advertising from @SoFi and their travel program through @Expedia? Is it okay to advertise a rental like this, but in reality, it looks like this?

@SoFiSupport Even though I booked through @SoFi via the SoFi Travel platform, I count 4 total parties involved in my reservation, which is probably why there has been so much finger pointing. A the end of the day, I’m a SoFi customer and you should support your customers.
