@Verdis_deMosays Compared to other countries you are correct. However the popularity of Soccer/Football has grown tremendously in US. Just look at average attendance at MLS and friendly games, also viewership numbers of Premier League in US is really growing.

@DarrigoMelanie I’m pretty sure Elon Musk has said he intends to give most or all of his wealth away and current evidence would suggest it’s true…he already doesn’t live like every other billionaire. No $100M+ yachts or estates. He still lives in a $60K manufactured home.

A US born citizen ( not naturalized) who went to US schools thru high school should speak all or mostly fluent American English even if they prefer speaking a different language.

@RasmusJarlov In case you were unaware. The sport which originated in the UK was called Soccer, so when it was introduced in the US that’s what Americans were told. UK capitulated years later when the rest of Europe refused “soccer” and called it football, but it was too late to change in US.

@zone_astronomy This is why I question building a lunar base on the moon. I’ve read it should be able to withstand most meteors, but it just seems so unbelievable a base could take that kind of impact. That’s a ton of trust anyone inside will need to have.
